The Influence of Psychology on Mental Health

Mental health is a criterion of the disease that we must truly guard, connected to the soul, the mind to the feelings of a person, like Anxiety disorder, mood disorder, schizophrenia, psychotic disorder, control impulses, eating disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality, syndrome Tourette, psychosomatic, factitious, dissociative, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). When our mental health isn't in the best state, let us have a break. If we don't have the strength to socialize, don't. If we struggle to eat and sleep, it's ok, to rest, recover and be patient with ourselves as we're healing. However, these times are temporary, and remember that our mental health should be a priority. 

The quarter-life crisis is a higher period, in which we are asked to be our running human, whether or not we are all we have to start this period. Faced with multiple choices to deal with growth in the growing process. As a company starts up a job struggling for change, pioneering from zero struggle, to thrive is the first step forward. Moreover, this period applies to every human, it's about 20 to 25 years old. Faced with the many questions that we either have the basis for logic in answering. Think rationally so as not to be insulting to one another, respectful, and affectionate. 

Some of the things we need to observe in this period are 'Psychological well-being' and 'Self-efficacy';

1. Psychologic Well Being is about the psychological picture of our health, of the way and pattern of our thinking and opinion, of controlling our emotions, and also harboring all feelings concerning the mind and heart.

2. Self-efficacy is about having confidence in ourselves, based on our ability to control the situation.

No doubt, everyone is wondering how we can enter into a new life, which is so scary. It's like 'Could I?' It was all very normal and was in the conference in the period 'quarter life crisis. And this period is running at normal because every soul is experiencing this. Of how the people closest to us, our point of view, and much more. And to all of us who are experiencing it, happening right now, may we be given the patience and capacity to balance thought and feeling. A crucial solution is' never be afraid ', try to convince yourself, and opening the circle of positive vibes is certainly like blending into a balanced world.

Finally, the simple thing we can do for prevention is to remove ourselves from shit that continually triggers our mental health and hurts our hearts is top-tier self-care. Be friends with people who care about you and your mental health. Psychology says, limiting your contact with those who are no good for your mental health is self-care. Not out of pride, but we must give priority to goodness, to our own mental and physical health. Improving our mental health, like; trust in ourselves, staying positive, stopping overthinking, working hard, being teachable, being humble, being a friend, believing in ourselves, vibe alone, prioritizing, and most importantly enjoying life. The older you get, the more you care about your peace than winning an argument or proving a point always remember to make your mental health, happiness, healing, and goals, and make yourself a priority.
